Controls:

Left click and drag between dots to draw loops.

Right click on lines to unset or mark clear (you do not need to explicitly mark lines as clear in order to solve)

Rules:

1) Draw closed loops

2) Paths may cross

3) Paths *must* go straight if they do cross

4) Clues must be spun by the given amount in the indicated direction after all loops have been accounted for

5) You must match the given loop count at the top
